I paid telangana electricity bill 2 months back but the transaction was failed amount added payback wallet. Whenever i want to utilize the amount from wallet it showing error and amount is added to pb wallet. Even the mobile recharge is also not made to successful. I tried many times to pay the electricity bill from wallet amount not even single time it was successful. Please provide the needful to transfer amount to my bank.

I took place a recharge for Tata Sky DTH on 8th Nov 2016 for Rs 699.
I add money to Payback Bazaar wallet by My Credit Card.
Amount Deducted from my Credit Card and Credited to Payback Bazaar Wallet.
From Credited Amount I recharged for Tata Sky DTH.
Amount Deducted from my Payback Bazaar Wallet but not credited to Tata sky Account.
I called to Customer Care number, It was Busy, I message as well as mailed them but they didn't respond.

Tried several times to pay post bill of Rs 1600/-. I had 200 Rs.in my account. I tried to use complate 2000 amt. but not accepting only error coming. I frustarted and called helpline number . They said what my id and mobile is and check and will call back me.

They check and say only pay exact amount then no error come. I paid exact amount and payback bazaar right. The system worked and no error came and payment suceesful. system different but very nice i[censored]sing correct method.

I have never seen a fraud website like this, purchased Unique voucher Id: PBDM[protected] on 30th Jun, 2016 by paid Rs. 4000. This offer was provided EMI Scheme to update Rs. 834 each month till 6 months so they did first EMI credit of Rs. 834 on 07-Jul-2016 and used against transaction.

After this 2nd EMI credit 431 was on 8th Aug, 2016 then i did several follow up to get remaining 401 but finally credit Rs. 402 on 31st Aug, 2016 so Final 2nd EMI credited amount is Rs. 835

I was trying to use this Rs. 835 is many transaction like Recharge/Bill payment but all transaction (Almost 20) are failed, after that i did follow up with many mails but no reply from payback bazaar and finally these Rs. 835 got debited automatically today (24th Sep, 2016). So no money in my wallet.

I am hopeless and mentally disturbed since paid Rs. 4000, only Rs. 834 have used and 3166 amount is fully blocked which i am unable to get refund from them even tried many calls to [protected] payback bazaar customer care but no response from them.

Now, please take action against him and also suggest best way to get my money back to my bank account.

bt till time i have not received my wallet amount Rs.2000 And Customer care never picks calls. No reply on email id also They deserve punishment and prisonment .Is this a valid company or fake? I want my money back

Paybackbazaar is worst recharge service I've seen. The voucher it provides will work only when you send it back to them for activation and it is not mentioned anywhere. Second, it may take 7-10 days for activation so worst experience ever I had. Nobody waits for that long for just a recharge. its now withing seconds can be done. Customer Support is very rude asking you should have bought voucher in 5-10 days in advance. Unreliable services.

I Had balance with my paybackbazaar account. But after construction my maid I'd user id not found showing in paybackbazaar account why?

I have sent many mails but there is no reply.
I used paybackbazaar account from my user name [protected]@gmail.com and added 849 rs also and I used 300rs Recharge and another one Recharge and I had balance 500 rsbalance also but now I couldn't use my account when I login my user name there is shown user name not valid.

Paybackbazaar is a fraud site and it deceives the customers with wrong offers and services.

I was cheated by paybackbazaar. There was an offer on their website a gift voucher of Rs 1000 at the cost of Rs 849. I have made the transaction and I got an e-mail saying I will get the gift voucher code in 7-12 days. I got the coupon and added the money successfully to my wallet then i thought that it is a geniune website then i again bought an another deal in which i have to pay Rs.999 and i will be getting Rs.1200 in 6 months as Rs.200 each month.I got my money for 3 months and too by contacting Payback team many times by mail or by messaging on their Facebook page. Then on fouth month they said to me that their site is under construction and i would be getting my money next month when the website will be active.When their website became active i saw that my PB Credits were zero (0) instead of Rs.1600.
I immediately contacted them in this regard and they told me that i will get my credit back in 2 - 3 days. After passing three days i didnt got my credits back so i contacted back then they again said the same thing to me. Then the next time i contacted them they stopped giving me the reply. This is such a fraud site. I lost my Rs.2000.

Dated 28-Nov-2015, made Vodafone postpaid bill[protected]. It wasn't successful but money debited from account. Till now no refund / no response from customer care. Looks like its scam. Multiple times i wrote a email to them but no luck.

I purchased a gift vochure of Rs. 1000/- with a discount of Rs. 151/- in October and made a payment through PayuBiz gateway. As per the conditions, they are supposed to get vochure in 15 days but till date I did not got a vochure. I got this website reference from cashkaro.com. I spoke to cashkaro.com, they provided me a vochure coe (I do not know how paybackbazaar revealed it to cashkaro) which did not work on paybackbazaar. I requested by mail to paybackbazaar for which I did not receive reply for most of the times. Then I complained to Bigrock (which is hosting this site) and Payubiz (Payment gateway). Payubiz expressed their inability to provide refund as they do not have authority to deduct amount from Paybackbazaar and refund it to me (I do not understood why they can not do it when I made payment to them which was transferred to their customer Paybackbazaar). In General, such clauses would be covered in agreement while providing payment gateway. I run a website for which I had taken a payment gatement and we have this clause in our agreement. Finally, I had filed Transaction Dispute Form (TDR) to my bank to get back the money which they promised to do it. I struggled with this for 2 months and still waiting for refund from bank. The bank stated that necessary proceedings have been initiated and it will take 45 days to credit my account. This is the scenario for purchasing with PaybackBazaar. I read comments provided by PaybackBazaar to others complaints. This may be also a marketing gimmick to loot money. I do not understand why they do not stop to offer products if they are having the problems till the time they are able to provide. I do not believe in their reply. If they are genuine, they would have refunded the money seeking apologies and would have removed products from their website or kept their website under maintenance until they resolve their sorted out. I had run a online store of book, we have encountered similar problems and we have dealt them very promptly. This is the first time I purchased form this website and I do not understand why they ask for support (sought in comments of others complaints) even if we do not know them or first transaction created a hassles. I request everybody not to purchase from paybackbazaar and fall prey and struggle at later.

I make payment for recharge on 4th october for 59 & 118 but transaction on www.paybackbazaar.com through pay u money shows failed but my money was deducted from my account .but the amount is not recharged to myphone . All fake even you can check the given number +[protected] . Customer care number getting off since long time. I placed one order on 11th Sept. 2015 order no Zrr4srAnpUunNTVxpJrOrw for scheme of Rs. 850 and get Rs. 1000. Paybackbazaar sent me the voucher after long time and after i sent many mails and when i tried to use the voucher its showing expired or not valid. I called up customer care, number getting off since long time. I sent many mails and reminders then once i got the mail asking for the user id and password. After that no response again till now. So please don't make any transactions as the co. is just taking money and not sending even voucher against them. Now i planned to contact the Govt. Authorities against this fake company. Please do not indulge in any offer or service with payback bazaar which is cheating everyone with total false deals and offers. no proper customer support and when we try to raise complaint of issue its simply gives me an error . When sending email no one responds to you correctly

Please make everyone aware that this web site seems to be a new kind of the Looting machine. I have done a bill payment and with that also purchased Book my show coupon which was promised to be sent within 7 workings days. Its already been more than that and no one is even bothered to reply back. Someone replied and ask to check in SPAM or Junk but this is totally Fraud web site. Hello, I have paid the money to the site 1 week ago, but they are not recharging as the transaction is failing everytime. They do not have contact number, only email address where they are saying it will be done. They have debited the money from bank account and whenever I am trying to do mobile recharge, it is getting failed and the money is kept at their wallet.
