Payback — Money debited but transaction failed. No refund since one month

On 4th Oct I had done a transaction which was failed, amount 926 debited is still not credited back into my account. Customer care number doesn’t take me to talk to executive it just keeps saying invalid input. Email complaint no response received. Pathetic service from paybak
