Paybull.in — pay bill money fraud after trial survey & paying 500+200 =700

Paid 500 as Activation fee after free trail of surveys. Got mail saying account is activated but need to pay 200 for document verification. Paid the amount via Paytm and uploaded required documents. After 5 days I got a message saying "There was a problem in verifying your documents". Aadhar card, photo, tenth certificate verification couldn't be done by the people which are genuine. If these basic couldn't be done what is the use of asking for the documents and money.
It looks like they are taking 700 and finally says Documents couldn't be verified. This way there are making money.
