Paydeck Technologies Private Limited — Payment amounting to Rs.34850.54/- Pending

Dear Sir,

On[protected], I sent an amount of Rs.34850.54/- to my landlord's bank account through my Credit Card vide Transaction ID No. TD[protected] at PayDeck.

After the payment was deducted from my bank account it got stucked at PayDeck's end wherein it is showing that "In order to successfully process the payment to your beneficiary account, it's mandatory for every Payer to provide KYC documents."

After getting the aforementioned message, I successfully attached the copy of my Aadhaar Card and Pan Card at their website which then went for approval.

This is to inform you that it has been more than 6 days since it is showing "Waiting for Approval" and I am unable to submit any help request at the site itself.

It is pertinent to mention here that it was an urgent payment which got stuck for too long and now I'm dealing with the financial crisis and also pressure from my Landlord regarding the payment.

I therefore request you to kindly consider the matter on an urgent basis and help me in getting payment processed to my landlord's bank account as early as possible.

I will be highly obliged for your kind consideration in this regard.
