I have done a transaction of Rs.20700.92 on 18-Aug-23 9:30 Am, as per the transaction cycle Amex card transactions will take 1 working day to settle the amount. but even 3 working days completed, still transaction is not yet settled, it's in Txn Settlement is in Process status. Dear Sir,

On[protected], I sent an amount of Rs.34850.54/- to my landlord's bank account through my Credit Card vide Transaction ID No. TD[protected] at PayDeck.

After the payment was deducted from my bank account it got stucked at PayDeck's end wherein it is showing that "In order to successfully process the payment to your beneficiary account, it's mandatory for every Payer to provide KYC documents."br...

The transaction number TD[protected].DATED 21.04.2023.still showing pending..amount debited in credit card but not received kindly check and confirm please

Regarding TD[protected]:

A transaction of INR 3500.00 has been made using my Credit Card, from my Paydeck Account on Wed, 10th February, 2021 12:51 pm. But the amount not yet credited to the benificiery account & money deducted from my account.

I am trying to reach customer support but phone not rechable & not getting any response in e-mail too.

Please look into it & help me. It's urgent.
