Kamal sethi owner of a pg in phase 5 mohali wont pay your security amount at all. He is very stubborn and no matter how many times you call him or text him about refunding your security amount he wont give it back. He will give excuses and tell you that you have damage his property . I have never seen such people before who doesn't know how to run a pg.
