Paying-guest Fraud Owner Kamal Sethi Complaints & Reviews

PG owner Kamal Sethi has not refunded my security deposit even after I vacated the room. He is also not responding to my calls or messages. This is very unprofessional and disappointing....

Paise wapas nahi karta bhai log ye pg me kabhi mat jana
Owner bhadwa hai madrochod khali paise se matlab
Khana Aisa deta hai ki kutta bhi nahi khayega
Pg pura Ganda hai ek washroom ek use karne wale 10 log
Khali jab dekhne jayoge tak pg saf karta hai

He is a fraud person running pg in phase 5 who never refunds security amount of persons . first he will act very gently when you visit . he will show his colors on leaving . he makes excuses, dont pick calls when asked for money . you pay him electricity bill then he asks for more and more his greed for money never end . dont go to this man, he will mentally torture you . he runs business very unethically .students also leave before a month . once he takes money he will not listen to any complaints or issues .

Kamal sethi owner of a pg in phase 5 mohali wont pay your security amount at all. He is very stubborn and no matter how many times you call him or text him about refunding your security amount he wont give it back. He will give excuses and tell you that you have damage his property . I have never seen such people before who doesn't know how to run a pg. Whosover is reading this just dont go there and try to avoid this pg.

This Pg is the worst. You will get many pg near to this at a very low cost. And this pg owned by kamal sethi. He doesnt know the value of owner public relationship. ADont live here as you will not get ur security fees(2000rs) which is refundable as the owner is bad. He will give you excuses that he is out of city. Now lets come to the maintenance of pg. The maintenance is zero.
