Paying Guest — Pg facility closed and advance not repaid. Owner absconded.

Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that my previous pg owner is a fraud. They have closed the facility and not repaid the advance deposit which i have paid them at the time of joining. The pg address was sai mohana sree, classic farms avenue, near babaji vaidyasram school, sholinganallur, chennai. Please help me to resolve this issue. Please let me know is there anything i can do from my side. And let me know for further information. This person should be stopped, so that nobody else would get faced issue like me.
