HI I live in bellandur and my pg name is Shri Lakshmi Ladies Luxury pg, 3rd A cross, behind BBMP office. The hygiene of my paying guest is really poor. first of all the owner doesn't care if the paying gues has been cleaned or not. We have a week of trash rotting outside our rooms, The cleaning person is regular but still won't clean our rooms properly. The trash cans are filled with maggots and we don't even have any bins left for throwing out even a packet of chips. More than that rats are running around the kitchen area, there are cockroaches invading the kitchen, specially in the boxes of food. Sometimes the vegetables are half rotten and still they cook it.

I have joined pg in 14th October and i paid 2900 as a rent for 16 days ( that is from 14th October to 31 October) and 3000 as a advance, in which owner said 2000 will be returned while vecating pg. For some reason I have decided to vecate pg on 31 October and i have informed the same to pg owner 10 days earlier itself. But while vecating the pg, owner refused to return my advance of 2000....

I moved into this pg in govindpuri gali no. 5 address 397/5 run by a husband and wife, name of the husband is Manish Sharma living in the first floor of the building and within the first week the owners started to harrass me saying I should keep my doors unlocked at all Times and not stay in the pg during the day. Barely into the second week they told me to leave the pg and threatened to throw my belongings on the road. They demanded that...

I stayed as a paying guest in bangalore as I'm a student from other state.The PG owner told me that I can get the advance of 10, 000 INR while I'm vacating and after 3 months when I was about to vacate I intimated him 15 days prior but he refused to give the advance saying that I should report 30 days prior and he dint even communicated it to me before. And he also exerted undue influence as I was a woman and further he said that he used to cheat so many girls like this, he has faced so many complaints and also knows all the loopholes and I'm one among them when I told him that I'll complain to the police .I recorded all his sayings and when I told him that he is continuously sending some mobile hacking viruses through whatsapp. Sir, is there any way I could get my advance and get this man punished and I cant file any cases because I belong to a lower middle class family who is striving hard for a living and has no energy to face police and courts.

I had paid 1000rs to zolostays.com and i decided to cancel the booking and now they are not returning my money back to me
And they have rejected my all requests And they are doing fraud with students please have look into it

Hello, I want to share something a girl facing problem in getting back her luggage and belongings from her PG iTs almost being months, she already paid more now the owner is refusing and behaving very bad rudely. The girls is now in Guwahati unable to get back her belonging as the owner is very rude. If there is any possibility that we can get help in this scenario

I was living in Fresher House PG, Kamla Nagar Delhi. I was paying 27k per month for a single sharing room. But because of lockdown, I came back home on 5th March 2020. Also the owner asked full rent for March and April and then he charged 50% rent for the month of May. And after that the branch manager told me to pay 2k per month for the safety of my laptop and I paid all the rent from May 2020 to June 2021 but still they stole my laptop and told me to wait for few days they will refund my rent. But when I called the owner he said -"do what you want, I won't refund your money." He even abused me.

This Pg is the worst. You will get many pg near to this at a very low cost. And this pg owned by kamal sethi. He doesnt know the value of owner public relationship. ADont live here as you will not get ur security fees(2000rs) which is refundable as the owner is bad. He will give you excuses that he is out of city. Now lets come to the maintenance of pg. The maintenance is zero.

I informed my owner in one month advance that I'll vacant the room on 30May, even I vacant the room on 30May, n pay rend of June, although he had my Advance money of ₹6000, if he want, can adjust the money in rent but he didn't. And I asked him to credit the advance deposit in my account . But earlier he was not ready to giving back to me, it's being 2 months, now he is not responding on my messages....

The person asked for security money and I gave it to him. He is a greedy human. Now its time for asking money from him. Now he is making excuses

Vacated PG and its been 2 months, PG owner is refusing to pay the advance back giving some inappropriate reasons.

I lived in a PG with address house no. 1075, Sector 42 B Chandigarh. I am filing a complaint against the son of B.L Kaushal who teased me while I was alone working in kitchen. He asked me to show my face which is highly humiliating as a woman. He often came to the PG upstairs and made excuses to stalk me. I am a victim of this. Kindly help so that this does not happen again with any other girl living there.

Issue was, Report Theft security Zolo cider pg, I was purchased hero lectro electric cycle on Nov 13th its was cost of 24, 000Rs, i was parked my cycle in pg parking area. On Dec 23rd midnight between 1am-1 :15 am due to security negligence and gate was not locked my hero lectro electric cycle was robbed and cctv was manipulated, i was met with advocate he has send legal notices, please requestice i want my justice, here i am attaching legal notices from advocate

I stayed in shri garuda ladies pg more than one year. Before two months she moved everybody in the pg to her another pg that is Sapthagiri PG. I paid advance of rupees 5000 and I vacated on october before 10 days itself I vacated since I paid full month rent of october. My PG owner should return the amount of 3500 after substracting maintenance but she told I can give you only 2000 and now she told I cannot pay you. I gave a notice before 15 days because that time only I got a rental house so I informed to her before I vacate. But she is behaving like this. Kindly help me with this.

I informed my owner in one month advance that I'll vacant the room on 1st September. And I asked him to credit the advance deposit in my account . But earlier he was not ready to giving back to me After somehow he was ready to pay only one month rent ( only 5k and I deposited 10k as written in rent agreement) . He asked me to submit the key to broker on 1st sept after that he'll credit the deposit in my account. But after that he didn't . And when asked him to do on 2nd sept, he said someone has died in his family . He'll deposit in 2-3 days and when I called him back after 3 days he didn't pick up the call and after reading my msgs of deposit my advance, blocked me on WhatsApp.

Advance deposit of Rs 5500 not returned after 3 months and continuous follow up. Also I agreed to accept deducted amount of Rs. 1900. Which again she refused to pay. II was leaving in Mittal Niwas PG. It is in Gautam Nagar, New Delhi.
I came back to my hometown on 20th March. During this lockdown period my landlord said that she will take 4000 for April and May. I paid her the agreed amount of Rs 4000. But after paying the agreed amount she said that she will not take less then Rs 5000 for any month.
She again messages me on 30th May that she will take Rs 5000 for the month of June. She deducted the amount from my security deposit. After 15 days she said that since the lockdown is over now she will take Rs 10000 for the June. She even took Rs 10000 just for 6 days in July. She took Rs 2000 just for a single key. Actually I couriered key but it didn't delivered on time because that area was under containment zone.
She kept on changing the rent whenever she felt the need without any prior notice.

We are leaving in Sri balaji pg in garvebhabhipalya palya. This is very bad pg in bangalore. I am leaving here from last eight months, no any single month has gone without touched. Pg owner is very bad, he has two daughter both are very bad, and his wife is also very bad behavior.

They not providing wifi, fridge, good mineral water, and not recharge tv. There is no light backup. No any single days cleaning bathroom and room....

Such a fraud lady owner i have never ever seen (Greedy for money).. And hope i might not even cross this type of women in my life.
I stayed nearly for 9+ months in sai sreeja ladies hostel, mgr st, sholinganallur (Near sai shakthi medicals)..
She haven't returned my advance, not only for me, but also to everyone who leaves from that hostel.
In addition to that she is asking extra money for eb bill and something for no reason..
No matter how earlier you inform her that you leave pg, she will not return money.#rowdism
Anyhow they will be continuing this violence because as we are running towards job daily we doesn't have enough time to file a complaint against this type of worst ladies and owners..

I am staying in the pg since the 6 month and the food is just good for intial days i didn't change pg due to my classes, and she differeancated between south people and north people. She didn't give food properly because i am from north. I went to kitchen and asked her pleae give me curry she told me it's finished and at a time she give proper curry to south people and quantity of curry is also less she didn't give proper curry for north people and i asked why you didn't give me curry properly she told me you vacant the pg and she didn't given back my rent because i paid this month rent and today date is 15 sep 15 days are left in this month how i could manage.

Am staying in the pg from 1 year and the food is just good for few initial days i couldn't change pg due to work location, it has become worst from few months right from the breakfast to dinner, there is no separate cook here, even if they hire they will teach them to cook like they used to do as before, already happened and the cook is left long back, however no use even if they come.

Most of the people are employees in pg and paying rents regularly as per the timeline, i am including here the full details.

Chutney - it's powdered chutney no taste and watery everytime (# ingredients).

Sambar - no need to call it as sambar, should rename as tasteless, salt less, spice less, vegetable less, masala less and more over it is sambar less sambar.

Pappu - always watery and they use cucumber and other vegetable which makes it not pappu or dal

Pongal - oh my god, it's not even food, i don't know what to to even call it and it's like rice smashed in water and serving us.

Poori - honestly it's a dry roti and hard as you eat it, so all the poori will remain untouched and they keep it for afternoon as well.

Special spice chutney - they are from andhra and they make one spice chutney is some days but that's fine if it's a side dish or something sometimes it's the only one that we have to eat with years in eyes

At the end of the curry we usually fry curry leaves, onions, mustard seeds etc in oil and mix with curry but these guys use 1 or 2 t spoons of oil and fry the ingredients which we can barely see in the curry

Afternoon food - daily i used to come to pg in the afternoons for food and everyday its a surprise for me as they do curry daily with one vegetable, same curry repeats but just the vegetable will change daily and again watery

Their own curry - they prepare separate curry for themselves when they feel the curry which they made for us is not good bcoz i observed many times they come out and take rice in plate but they won't touch the curry part and go inside to get separate one

Yesterday's rice - on every tuesday morning they prepare lemon rice or pulihora with yesterday's night rice and it's almost similar to white rice just with light yellow color and again no taste

Roti sabji - the sabji for chapati or roti in night is utterly worst i have ever seen but still need to eat as i was paying.

Not even caring about veg guys - i am a vegetarian and till now there is no single sweet or fruit given for us on wednesday and sunday as they prepare egg and chicken for non veg guys, we have to eat afternoons dal in night on sunday and wednesday also egg and chicken are bad as i inquired.

Occasional offer - only on festival seasons they prepare kheer or kesari which is of no use for us as they do just for a single time that too because of festival and that kheer is milk less and semiya less (Vermicelli).

Butter milk - every after noon and night they bring 250 ml curd packet and make it nearly 3 litre butter milk where you see nothing but water.

Bed bugs - there are bed bugs in every room and they spray spray spray always which is bad for health and unbearable smell

Only the bathrooms and rooms are clean as we are keeping them.

I don't know where exactly to complaint on these guys, if you ask anyone in pg during inspection or something people obviously say it's good in front of them but the the above scenario is the exact same thing happening every day

Such a cruel fellows and looting us, we are paying them and even asking anything for free we informed many times and sometimes skipped the meal and ordered from outside

I found bed bugs in the mattress and complained to the person who runs the pg. It's been 3 days and he says that he doesn't have any extra bed so better sleep on the steel bed. — कोई भी फैसिलिटी का रिटन में न होना, नहीं कोई भी किसी भी प्रकार का लीगल एग्रीमेंट का एग्रीमेंट रिटेन में नही होता जिससे बाद में वो युवा -लड़के, लड़कियां सभी को नहीं कोई सिक्योरिटी, सेफ्टी मिलती और ओनर अपनी मर्जी से उन युवाओं को अपनी मर्जी से आर्थिक, मानसिक और भी कई तरीके से एक्सप्लॉइट, हररेशमेंट भी करते है जोकि एक बड़ा क्राइम है जिसका बच्चा खुल कर विरोध भी नहीं कर पाते क्यूंकि कानून के पहरेदार पुलिस खुद इस केस को बहुत बतमीजी से दबाते है

से प्रमाणित तक नहीं होता और अवैध तरिके से लोग घर में बिना फसिलटी दिए और बिना रेजिस्टर्ड हुए मनमाने ढंग से लोगो को परेशान करते है और मनमाने रेट पर पेइंग-गेस्ट और रूम चला दिए जाते जिसमे एक लिए एक दिन एक साल किसी भी अवधि में दिए जाते लेकिन जिम्मेदारी ओनर की कुछ नहीं होती, पैसे ले लिए जाते जिसका सिर्फ खामियाजा बाहर रहते जन लोग ही भुगतान करते तकलीफे सहकर और कई जगह तो ओनर तक का नहीं पता चल पता क्यूंकि रेंट एग्रीमेंट सिस्टम और उसमे रूम्स और ओनर्स की सही तस्वीर ना होने से 420 फ्रॉड करते ओनर का भी कुछ भी नहीं बिगड़ता और एक ही रूम जोकि सिर्फ एक लड़की लड़के के रहने लायक है उस बाथरूम जैसे रूम में अधिकतम मुल्य के साथ मुँह-मांगे मूल्य पर ओनर एक्सप्लोइटेशन व्यवहार करते जिसका कंजूमर बड़ी बेदर्दी के साथ साथ बिना सहयोग होने से सहने को मजबूर अपना करियर खराब ना होने के डर पेरेंट्स नहीं कर पाते क्यूंकि पुरे भारत में ही ये होता आ रहा है
ये पेइंग-गेस्ट में बिना हमे बिना डाक्यूमेंट्स दिया बिना हमारे साथ क्या क्या क्राइम होता है हमे बाहर रहते हुए एक ऐसे ओनर पर विश्वास करना पड़ता जिसे हम जानते नहीं कल हमारी सिक्योरिटी को कितना खतरा है विशेष कर लड़कियों को

कई युवा को तो ये भी अवेयरनेस नहीं होता की -उनका हररेशमेंट, एक्सप्लोइटेशन हो रहा है क्यूंकि उनसेमुँह-मांगे रेंट ले कर भी सुविधाएं पूरी न देकर बल्कि ये शब्द कहे जाते की होटल में रहलो ज्यादा ही फैसिलिटी पूरी समय पर चाहिए यंहा तो अवैध दांग से हम ऐसा ही चलाते आये है हमेशा से ही -फिर कैसी कंजूमर सुरक्षा का हम युवाओ से वादा |
1. रिटेन में हर फैसिलिटी, रेंट मूल्य का रिटन में एग्रीमेंट नहीं होने से वह ओनर ज्यादातर पूरी फैसिलिटी नहीं देते जिस पर हर समय युवा मजबूरियों में जकड़ा हुआ चुप रहना ही जरूरी समझता और सब सहने को हमेशा इस डिजिटल युग में भी परेशानी में घिरा रहता प्रश्न ये है की कैसा अपना डिजिटल भारत?
2. मेन्टेन्स टाइम -टाइम पर नहीं करवाते जिससे रह रहे युवाओ का महंगा सामान खराब होता हैं अक्सर और यदि वह विरोध करे तो ओनर उसी दिन निकलने तक की धमकी भी देना या परेशान कर उसको छोड़ने के लिए मजबूर कर देता हैं और बाद में उस युवा को नए ओनर के मुँह-मांगे रेंटमूल्य के अनुसार रेंट देना पड़ता अर्थात बिना गलती के भी वह सभी एक्सप्लोइटेशन सहन करता रहना पड़ता हैं |
3. यदि ये युवा ज्यादा विरोध करे तो ओनर वंहा रह रहे रेंट पर युवाओ को उन्हें परेशान करने को बोलता जो उनको विरोध कर रही पार्टी से झुकने को मजबूर करते यदि वे ऐसा नहीं करते तो उनको भी निकलने की धमकियां औरपरेशानियां दी जाती फिर वे भी सब सहने और उनके कुकर्म में उनका साथ ही देना पड़ता ताकि ओनर पर कोई सवाल न उठे |
4. ये रेंट रूम ज्यादातर गंदे, नहीं कोई सेनेटरी सिस्टम वंहा होता -पर मजबूर युवाओ को मजूबरी में इन्ही बदबूदार रूम, हॉस्टल में रहना पड़ता क्यूंकि इन पर कोई सख्त कारवाही नहीं होती पुलिसकोई भी कारवाई नहीं करती, कोर्ट में वो जा नही सकते क्यूंकि कुछ भी नहीं रिटेन एग्रीमेंट नहीं होता, सोचो उन यूवाओ के शोषण की हालत?...
अर्थात इसी तरह एक्सप्लोइटेशन सहो नहीं तो हार मान कर परेशानियों से जूझकर वापस घर चले जाओ |
5. ज्यादातर पेशानियों से तंग आये रूम चेंज करने से उनका काफी महंगा सामन बेवजह ही खराब हो जाता है जिसका जिम्मेदार कौन -क्या वो युवा या शोषण करता वो ओनर?
6. एडवांस में बिना रिटेन एग्रीमेंट के रूम रेंट ले लिया जाते रेंट पर, बाद में जिम्मेदारियों के नाम पर कोई उल्टा सीधा बहाना बनाकर ये ओनर अपने को बचाने की कोशिश करते या टाइम से पहले उनको निकाल देते या फिर दादागिरी से बिना वजह उनको तंग करते और इसको हम कानूनी रूप से उसको रिफंड, कंपेनसेशशन, पेनल्टी के लिए मांग भी नहीं कर पाते और इस तरह बिगड़ता सिर्फ युवाओ का जो बाहर आकर पढ़ने -रहने आते |
क्या ये दर्द सहने ही वो युवा का अधिकार है जो अपने सपने लेकर जिंदगी बनाने आता है।
7. हमसे आधार-कार्ड और प्रूव भी लिए जाते पर इन ओनर की दादागिरी और एक्सप्लोइटेशन पर हमे किसी भी सेफ्टी, सुरक्षा के लिए चाहे वो ओनर लड़कियों को सताए या हरेश करे पर जब वो पुलिस में कम्प्लेन के लिए जाती तो रिटेन एग्रीमेंट न होने से उनका केस दब जाता है | इन सबका जिम्मेदार कौन- वो युवा जो मांग करते रिटेन में सभी फैसिलिटी और सेफ्टी की -पर उनको जवाब मिलता ऐसा कुछ नही होता लेना हो तो लो नहीं तो हम महंगे मुल्य के साथ हम किसी और दे सकते है |
ऐसे युवाओ को कौन झेलेगा -ओनर की वाणी | हर जगह ये लापरवाही देख मजबूरी में वो हमेशा एक्सप्लोइटेशन का शिकार होने के लिए मजबूर होता है क्यूंकि क्या करे वो युवा जब कोई कानूनी और प्रशासन द्वारा इस पर कोई सख्त से सख्त कानून बना ही नहीं है सोचो क्या विकल्प रह गया गया हमारे पास एक्सप्लोइटेशन सहने के अलावा |
8. अधिकतर इन केस में ये एक्सप्लोइटेशन करने वाले रूममेंट की लड़ाई का मुद्दा बनाकर पलायन कर देते क्यूंकि वे एक पक्ष मजबूत बना चाहे वो रैगिंग ही करे पेइंग गेस्ट रूम में, दुसरे को गल्त ठहराकर अपना काम पे असर नहीं होने देते और ये मुद्दे से अपने आप को हर तरीके से सुरक्षित कर बहुत ज्यादा लापरवाहियों से हम सब युवाओं का समय, धन बर्बाद कर इसी तरह शोषण करते |
9.कई पी. जी. और रेंटल रूम मे सोने का टाइम उठने तक के भी टाइम होते जिनके कारण जब ये सब उन्हें जब बाद मे पता चलता और भी कई तरह के नियम होते जोकि ओनर द्वारा पहले नहीं बताये जाते जिसके कारण परेशानी एक कंज्यूमर को ही आती हैं और ये ओनर बिना लाइसेंस, रजिस्टर्ड हुए मनमानी करते हुए बिना किसी का डर के सख्त कानून के अभाव मे सबका शोषण करते जिसका भोगी सिर्फ कंज्यूमर ही होता हमेशा ज्यादा से ज्यादा केसो में...पर कोई कम्प्लेन का रजिस्ट्रेशन करने तक को तैयार नहीं।
तो इस प्रकार हम कह सकते है कि अवेयरनेस की कमी जो चंडीगढ़ ट्राइसिटी में हमारे सर्वे के दौरान हमने पाया हर युवा दुखी है लेकिन अकेले कदम उठाने से डरता ये युवा क्या कानून, प्रशासन से यही उम्मीद करता है की उसकी सिक्योरिटी, सेफ्टी के लिए कोई सख्त कदम भी नहीं बनाया जाए जिससे कभी किसी कारण तो कभी किसी कारण सताया, धमकाया, डराया जा रहा ये युवा बिना पूरी सुरक्षा और बिना रिटेन में डॉक्यूमेंट्री एग्रीमेंट नहीं होने से चाहे वो युवा एक दिन रहने आया हो या पूरा महीना, साल पर जो ओनर, प्रशासन की लापरवाही से जो उसने ये सब भोगा क्या इससे वो हार मान ले या सहन करता युवा हमेशा इसी तरह एक्सप्लोइटेशन से ग्रषित रहेऔर प्राण या करियर त्याग दे |

When i shifted to delhi i stayed in pg near by my office for 10000 rs a month plus electricity, room was very congested and we were three girls sharing a compartment like room. Food offered by them was pathetic, aata used for chapatis was stale, grams used for chole are eaten by worms, the water we used to drink was not ro but he mentioned before taking this pg tht the water is ro. The owner is very abusive when it comes to rent.. No patience he had... He don't even know how to talk to girls. His nature made us to leave the pg. N didn't even return our security amount. After chasing him many times he said he was having some issues related to his health he was admitted he made false commitment but till now he didn't give a single penny.

My younger brother deposited 500 in advance to book a place in a pg. And i helped him to shift there. Now when we reached there, i paid him 7000 more like the monthly rent, but then later found the pg was pathetic and the rooms were even worse. There were insects around and plus bathroom was too dirty.
Now when i asked him to refund me the money, as we decided not to stay back there, i also suggested him that he can cut some 500-1000 out of the total, but he totally denied and even talked to us rudely.
We somehow got my brother shifted to some other place, as i was a little scared too with this guy who could possibly do bad to my brother.

We hardly stayed there for 1-2 hours, and so requested him that he can deduct 500-1000 if he wants.

I live in a girl's pg. The food quality is worst and we complain the owner is rude to us and he says to leave the pg. He is manner less and does not know how to talk to girls. When girls wear shorts he eyes them in a very bad way. When someone complains he laughs at us as if we have never eaten nice food or we live on the road.
