Payme India — Closed my loan

I had taken loan from PAYME INDIA. I have paid my loan with intrest. but till date not closed my loan from Payme India. i am contine trying to contact with payme but not connected. all contact number are closed. only 1 number open [protected] Mr. Rohit Rai but he is not picking call. i required please help me for closed my loan. due to our cibil score down.
