Cybercrime complaint, legal aid application, aur exemption request already file kiya gaya tha, fir bhi company ne court summon bheja aur legal pressure banaya.
Is wajah se mental stress hua, especially elderly family members ko. RBI, CPGRAMS, Human Rights Commission aur Consumer...

I have settled the loan in 2022 October after getting an email confirmation from payme team. Now after 2 years, I'm getting a calls again and saying your loan is not settled and need to pay again for the closure. What nonsense is this?...

It's totally a fraud app. They are capturing contact details of there users who seek loan from them and in case of default they are randomly calling to there contact list. I faced the harrasment by there side. Even I don't know that person someone kumar Shekhar. Agent started yelling at me and asking me to pay on her behalf as he has given them my reference. I tried to clarify the situation that he has some misunderstanding. He didn't listen...

I have taken a loan. From payme India but due to covid I. Couldn't repay because my infected Covid 19 hospitalized lot of amount paying bill. don't have the amount to pay for 5 days late. But they are called repeatedly and talked volgar language, mainly they are talked volgar language thats why I am not pay.please help me.

I have repayed the loan amount but it is still showing in the app that loan is pending. I have send emails to them regarding this, but no action is taken.

Everyday they are calling me 1000 times and everyday I am saying the same thing . Everyday someone new calls and asks for payment and everyday I say the same thing that it's been done already long back and they didn't marked it as settled. 1000 of emails and phone calls and tickets has been raised but no one called to give me resolution. Now they are telling me directly that they have hacked my phones data and have the details and now they are abusing them continuously and defaming my name. Misusing my personal data as well adhar and pan card. Calling me thief and asking payment from everyone. How come this NBFC is not banned if this is what the condition is. No customer service is solving the problem but just harrassing the customer for payment again and again even when it's done already 1 year back. How come they have hacked my contact list when they never took permission for it and RBI doesn't allow such things for collection. This application needs to be banned asap. Kindly solve my issue as well or else the only option for me is to commit suicide.

I have been receiving calls from this payme India agent lady and she is some kind of ### calling and abusing me plus HACKed my phone data and misusing by morphing pictures and sending to CONTACT list. Giving threats asking for money continuously to some personal account.
This company needs to banned immediately.

Loan Acc.No : PYTMPLHE[protected]. I have foreclosed this loan on 27th April 2023 and i have paid the amount to they mentioned account and shared all the payment details including Bank statement via mail and till now they haven't updated in the app. I have requested and begged to close the loan due to on going harassments calls, these people started calling in non working hours and i have raised this issue in mail but still they haven't updated. Could you please help me in this issue.

I already paid the amount on 6th march 2023 before my due date. But still it is not updated in the app. And the are frequently calling me and another number which I have provided and saying them that i am not responding their call. On the time of payment they told within 15min it will be updated in the app but it's been 15 days and not updated. Kindly solve the issue

I have applied for a loan of rs 4000on PayMe India loan app. For that I was asked to sign a e mandate of rs 10000. I have not received the amount and they are going to debit the amount. No response from their side. Please help me.

There is a lot of mental pressure coming from your team regarding the payment. Now I'm being harassed mercilessly.

If you guys aren't supporting the customer or not understanding their concern, then where should we launch the complaint?
Your agents are really uneducated and don't know how to communicate with a customer.

On 12th January one of executive call my family member for payment through my contact list but as per RBI guidelines any loan company cannot see contact list which are illegal. How can you can my family member????

I'm just confused why is pay me india loan app trying to do 8 times auto debit on my account in one month, Now I'm paying 8 Ach debit return charges to my Bank.. Bank staff told me that AcH auto debit should be try once and if insufficient balance then also only person month auto debit should be try.

But now they added 7575 extra amount
And they harrassing my contact number list

I took a loan of 5000 from your app which I have paid with full interest 7010/- but the loan is still showing in CIBIL and I have not received the noc but please close my loan and give me the noc as soon as possible.

I have been cheated by payme india even after paying my settlement amount I have not received NOC and loan closure letter but as on date they are putting the interest and keep the account active with 30k rupees outstanding recently..but I have done the settlement in july 2022 itself.Please help me out in this issue and remove payme india loan from my cibil.
