Payme India — Due amount is not deducted on due date

I have taken a Rs. 27000 loan, final EMi due amount Rs. 9545 due date is on 01 Jun 2022. but still now amount is not auto debited from my account. I have a sufficient amount in my bank account.
Almost at the end of the 2nd day of due date(02/06/2022) but still now auto debit Rs.9545 is not happening from your side.
Why are you not deducting the amount from my account?
I have sufficient balance in my bank account:If you are not able to deduct through ECS on the due date, you can inform the customer, they will transfer the amount to your account to NEFT /IMPS.

but you guys are not deducted amount on date that's your side issue but your putting charges in customer head?

I got message from payme stating that "Loan is overdue, need to pay extra charges Rs.376"

What is the supid process? If you are doing this, you are going to raise a complaint to consumer court and RBI as well.

I will wait today end of the day, if you are deducting the amount from the account, I will pay the due amount through IMPS.

don't deduct ECS after that, that would be a duplicate payment from my side.
