Payme India — Emandate done but amount not credited

I have taken loan on 24th October but it's been 1st of November 2022, my loan not credited in my account, no callback from customer care, also no contact details given, I have sent mail in priority.[protected]@paymeindia.in which is given my google play store feedback support team but no reply. I am very much depressed. They have signed e mandate from me and loan repayment date is showing with in 20 days. I am very much confused. Plzzzz help me either cancel my loan or its a fake website.
