Payme India — Hacked my phones data

Everyday they are calling me 1000 times and everyday I am saying the same thing . Everyday someone new calls and asks for payment and everyday I say the same thing that it's been done already long back and they didn't marked it as settled. 1000 of emails and phone calls and tickets has been raised but no one called to give me resolution. Now they are telling me directly that they have hacked my phones data and have the details and now they are abusing them continuously and defaming my name. Misusing my personal data as well adhar and pan card. Calling me thief and asking payment from everyone. How come this NBFC is not banned if this is what the condition is. No customer service is solving the problem but just harrassing the customer for payment again and again even when it's done already 1 year back. How come they have hacked my contact list when they never took permission for it and RBI doesn't allow such things for collection. This application needs to be banned asap. Kindly solve my issue as well or else the only option for me is to commit suicide.
