Payme India — Harassing and abusive language by banker

Have took loan from this bank more than 4 times and also have repaid all the loans on time last loan which i took of rs 6, 000/- was not able to pay due to covid and now when i recived the call from there recovery team they told you have to pay 20, 500rs, so i demanded for amount bifurcation he is not ready to give only he the excuvtive is telling you will get everything in app but there is amount differnce as well the amount showed in app and the amount what the company is demanding and above it the excuvtive as started calling to my phone contacts which is not allowed as per norms and excuvtive name rohit kumar is giving bad words to me as well to my my relatives which is not alllowed i have also told that by 15th of this month will the amount still he has started calling.
