Payme India — I already paid the amount on 6th march but still it is not reflecting in the app. And they are forcing me to pay again.

Dear sir/mam
I already paid the amount on 6th march 2023 before my due date. But still it is not updated in the app. And the are frequently calling me and another number which I have provided and saying them that i am not responding their call. On the time of payment they told within 15min it will be updated in the app but it's been 15 days and not updated. Kindly solve the issue
