Payme India — miss behave by payme india senior executive

"dear team,

I have taken the short term loan from payme india, however i did not pay the emi amount since i have resigned from the company. When their executive call me i have explain the reason for delay in payment and told them please give me some time and i will pay along with interest and penalty charges to you. Still then they denied my request. After some days their executive ping me on true caller from no-[protected] and told me have you paid the amount? After that i ask who are you then he/she had replied me you father. Then after i answer him/her as he/she told.

After some time they replied me i am from payme india. I want to know whether they have trained their team to behave this language with customer?

After some days one of the senior person (Male) called to my wife and told her whether your husband provide you the petticoat or we will do something for you.

I know i have taken the loan and did not pay in time and all these had been explain and also assured them to pay with interest and penalty amount this is not the first time i have taken the loan. This has the 4th time and all the past three has paid on time. If their executive behave this type of language and no one taken the action against them obviously we will raise our voice on social side along with supporting."
