Dear Team,

My name is Vishal Dwivedi and my mobile number is [protected]. Please note I have availed one personal loan of Rs 13000 /- from payme india and my due date was 3rd October 2020 but I have paid my due amount Rs 14100 /- with interest on 28 September 2020 and share the screenshot of the transaction on email Id - [protected]@paymeindia.com. After paying my due amount before my due date again paymeindia have debited the due amount Rs 14100 /- from my account on 3rd October 2020 and now I am following with paymeindia for the reimbursement of the amount which I have paid before my due date.

I am following up with them since last 12 days for the reimbursement but they have not replied my single email, This is the worst customer care service I have seen in my whole life.

Request your authority to take action on my above mentioned request and help me to get the reimbursement of my amount 14100 /- from Payme india.
