I am Bandaripally Pradeep, Email.[protected]@gmail.com, Mobile No. [protected]. I have taken loan of 25000, Monthly EMI:8838, it was my last EMI to be Deducted on May19, 2022 that was deducted and i closed my all EMI's of 3Months.But Extra 2 EMI's have been deducted on 31stmay, 2022& June 8, 2022. Total Extra amount deducted is 17676 refund has to be credited, but they only credited 5741 rupees only, remaining amount 11, 935 rupees has to be credited, but they are delaying it making us in trouble since 45days.

we are requesting them from 45days but we didn't get any response, one of the employee Mr. Gourav has taken a lead and not responding correctly and not answering our calls and not resolving the issue properly.
