Payme India — Still my paymemt not updated

I have already made the payment on 26 of sep and till now its not updated on the app . i have wrote multiple mails but giving same reply we are working on it .. my emi due is in 5 i dont want to pay double i have all the valid proof and also i have already send them but no resolution yet they are sucking my blood out
