Paytm App — wrong item delivered

It is very shameful to say that paytm company is not trustworthy. I have ordered one macbook air laptop model no. Macbook air mqd32hn/a on 2/11/2017, i have received the product on 4/11/2017, i was so surprised to see the quick service but when i have configured my macbook and check product model no. Then i was so shocked that the mail del no they have sent me is different, i have tried to replace option on paytm but totally shocked to know when i saw a red colour mark saying “sorry the seller can not ship to this address (Attaching a screenshot of the same with marked with red colour) as i have received the macbook on the same address. Then i have called their 24*7 customer care no. After so many calls i was so irritated because the representative trying to make me fool saying hello hello i can’t here u, after so many tries i got connected with paytm representative he listened my problem and said this is ur complaint no and we are sending the same on your email i’d. But when i have checked my mail that was the shock of my life there was no mail from paytm, now i’m very disturbed and not able to understand what should i do., paytm has spoiled my weekend, but want make a written complain against paytm, if someone can help me it would pleasurable for me or i have to meet with the lawyer for the same.
