[Resolved] Paytm Payments Bank — Regarding my refund | |
I had done rupees 14000 transaction on 11th jan 2022, but my transaction was failed, the message indicates me that i will get my refund amount in 4 hours, but till now i didnt received any refund amount. please look into this issue. Jan 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved they are so reckless to answer even though i messaged them in TWITTER and INSTAGRAM they are not even responding by seeing the messages.
Yes i had mailed them to PAYTM.COM/[email protected] in that they had mentioned as below.

Open your Paytm App and tap on Menu icon
Go to '24X7 Help & Support' at the bottom of the navigation panel
Choose a service you need help with and tap on 'Chat with Us
Type your query in the chat box and Paytm Assistant will help you resolve it.))

then i tryied to 24*7 service, they not even lifting the calls.
please ensure to slove this ASAP | |
