Sir,
I Canceled product on Amazon pay on December 29. I give Paytm Account no for refund Amount Rs. 699.
According to Amazon pay refund Amount Rs 699 has been credited in my Paytm Account no.
But not received my Refund Amount...

I have my Paytm account with full kyc done.

Suddenly my Paytm wallet and Paytm bank are freezed.

It's asking to provide PAN details.

When i provide my pan card number it says pan used by other number.

How can my pan card missed used here....

I went to the ATM of Apna Sahakari Co-Operative Bank' ATM at Lower Parel to withdraw my money with PayTM Debit card. I went there to withdraw Rs.1000 but no money came from the ATM machine and the money was deducted from my Paytm Payments Bank account....

My upi transaction got failed but amount got deducted and i still did not received my refund...

Paytm gave me a limit on paytm postpaid. Last year on 1st August, 2021 I paid the last emi and all dues were cleared perfectly.
It's 2022 and they are still sending me statements of paytm postpaid account showing ₹0 but overdue. Account should have been closed then and there but instead it might be ruining my cibil. There is no way to reach customer care for postpaid. Last evening somehow I could manage to message their customer...

I had done rupees 14000 transaction on 11th jan 2022, but my transaction was failed, the message indicates me that i will get my refund amount in 4 hours, but till now i didnt received any refund amount.
please look into this issue.

I have made a transfer of ₹2000 on paytm upi handle from hdfc bank to sbi bank account on 9th december 2018. Money got deducted from my hdfc bank account, and as per bank statement of sbi the transaction get credited and the same got reversed instantly from sbi.
