Hi, I have purchased online and got reply from email : payu.in through pay on January 24thth 2022 to Merchant name as
UMESH OGHADBAI NAKUM
and mentioned email as
[protected]@payu.in.
There is no response from other side and I think it is purely cheating and online fraud kindly look in to it as there is no communication after payment is done. Please make sure I get my money back.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - cdd4f7425bb217b0042e in order to get the status at their end.

Updated by Santu.Hyd How to contact merchant directly? I didn't find any email id or contact number of merchant. How do I get in touch ? If some merchant got contact number, his phone will never work or won't respond to email either.
I want to know is there procedure to contact them? Have you checked with them whether they are genuine or fake person ?
We'd advise you to kindly contact your bank to raise a chargeback against your transaction/s if the concerned merchant is not providing the services/refund.

Updated by Santu.Hyd Why I should contact bank when problem is from merchant side or payU. I have already written that merchant is not responding to email at all. So I think it's payU responsibilty to look after. So Kindly refund my money back.
