I tried to pay for the plastic AADHAAR card TWICE through AXIS net banking. Both times on 31-12-20 & 12-01-21 the money was debited from my account to PAYU.IN platform but the transaction failed both times. uidai.gov.in is not in receipt of the payment ... WERE to CONTACT
