Sir, I have ordered one Burkha's from Zig-to-zeg (merchant) powered by Shopify priced Rs.499 and I have pre-paid that amount online via Payu to Zig-to-zeg (merchant) powered by Shopify on 4th October 2021.
But still any messages not received about delivery of my product.
Zig-to-zeg (merchant) powered by Shopify provided their contact number and email Id also is not working. They are provided inactive phone number and email Id to their customers to cheat them and collect prepaid amount for the ordered product via PayU.
My PayU transaction number for the ordered product amount paid to Zig-to-zeg powered by Shopify is [protected] for ROMIL VINUBHAI KHOKHANI.
I request you to take the necessary action against Zig-to-zeg (merchant) powered by Shopify and provide me the justify for to get refund of my amount Rs.499.
