I ordered vide PayU transaction ID YU[protected] and paid money through internet banking on 24 09 2022.
Till date[protected] the ordered items are not received by me.
When I took this issue with PayU, PayU provided me the Merchants Mail ID [protected]@gmail.com to get in touch with them. Accordingly, I sent several mails to the Merchant, however, there is not response till now from the Merchant.
PayU is just washing their hands stating that they connect both customer and merchant and it is the customer who has to get in touch with the Merchant. Since Merchant is not responding, PayU should intervene in this issue and get either refund of money or the ordered items.
In order to enable me to take this issue with the Ministry of Commerce, Finance Minister, Ministry of Finance and Prime Minister's Office, I require the full address of the Merchant including contact number. Albeit, I have email ID of Merchant from PayU, I did not get any response from them.
