PayU — Money got deducted but no message regarding initiation of refund.

I've tried ordering a product from OnePlus store App, while placing the order my money got deducted from credit card and order got cancelled. Meanwhile i recieved a message regarding initiation of refund.
But again when I tried to order same product for the second time my money got deducted and this time there is no confirmation regarding initiation of refund. Order is not placed either.

Please look into this.
