[Resolved] PayU — Refund of INR 6230 not yet received

Refund of INR 6230 was initiated by merchant on 24th Feb 2022 but its not credited in my card account. Received mail confirmation from payu on 24th Feb 2022 but amount is still not credited in credit card account. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

As checked, you have raised the chargeback against PayU id [protected]. Please check with your issuing bank for further assistance on the same Mar 28, 2022 Updated by indransec Bank says they don't see any refund credited to my account still. But INR 6230 has been refunded by merchant via payu to my credit card which was charged for INR 6230. So, where is the money stuck ? Please provide some details ?
