Payuindiatabesolution — Unauthorized charges

I tried to recharge my bsnl mobile on 30/08/2021 using inditabpayu by my debit card in two times. Rs.203.98 and 101.98 was deducted from my account.but neither the recharge plan is activated not the money has been credited to my account
Please resolved it immediately
