[Resolved]  PayUMoney — 3000 rs. is not traceable after customers/friends transferred money using paynow generate qr code

I did not received payment although some of my friends had transferred money through Payunow QR code. I am very disappointed with payunow. Approx. 3000 Rs. is stuck with Payunow. I cannot found any confirmation mail/notification or get detail from Transaction status from transaction history. The transaction date is 5th May 2019.

Note: I saved my QR code when it was available previously. (REFER attached QR code generated through PAYUNOW)
