[Resolved] PayUMoney — 50, 000/- money has been stuck and i am not getting my money

Hello, my 50, 000/- has been stuck in payu money they are just fraudulent, they messaged me to return my money within[protected] but today when i tried to track the ticket id that is showing error http 500... It's really very embarrassing how can they hold someone's money without any reason... I want my money back asap...
My mid is 7064960, and my ticket id is
Ht[protected]. Kindly return my money.
