[Resolved] PayUMoney — About not responding against a fraud.

I have made transactions at a fake website https://boatsmusics.shop through PayU payment gateway.
Now I want that either the merchant provide the corresponding service or refund the money but it is also very clear that the website https://boatsmusics.shop is made only for fraud. There is no way to contact the merchant.
I have also tried to contact Pay U payment gateway under ticket I'd VI[protected] and HL[protected] but they didn't respond yet. So you are requested to enquire the same and help me to get my money back.

We regret the inconvenience caused. However, please note that, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.

Please contact your issuing bank to raise a Chargeback regarding your transaction if the concerned merchant is not providing the services.

Updated by Pradeep2580 When the transaction is done, just after I have raised PayU support ticket, then PayU money can take actions not to settle the transaction at merchant level and also can contact the merchant about that transaction, but PayU money didn't not responded at all.

Updated by Pradeep2580 I am requesting to PayU to share some contact information of the merchant, so I can file a grievance against that merchant on consumer complaints portal and national consumer helpline. Since the website was fake so no contact information of the merchant is provided there.
