[Resolved] PayUMoney — account debited even when transaction is failed

Sir, i was purchasing an video course (Bank prime) from adda 247 today but my transaction failed. I tried thrice but i got same msg of transaction failed. But my account is debited thrice by 14997. When i have not bought anything then why my account is debited when transaction failed. When will you refund my money back? My payment id were-

Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim. You may also contact your bank for further help and support.
We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -
• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
