I am a verified merchant on payumoney india and my merchant id is :- 7000889 One of my customer was done a transaction via pay u using debit card, below is the transaction detail. Transaction id :[protected] dated :- 17/6/2020 Description : uftxpa0om0 Amount :- rs.545 Complaint query ticket generated on 17/6/2020 Ticket number :- bf[protected] Reply received on 18/6/2020, detail is given below from payumoney Information required (Kindly provide invoice, proof of delivery and buyer confirmation through website stating (Kindly provide invoice, proof of delivery, for the transactions that are put on hold) My business is individual how can i provide gst bill and registration numbe r I have asked that i will show you my customer details if you need They are not responding Almost 10k amount was blocked for the 545 rupees Please resolve the issue Thanks.
