[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Amount debited but not got tickets and not refunded till now

I bought 4 tickets of Rs.224 on 3rd July 2022 for the visit of Red Fort and Museum so my amount is debited from my account but i didn't get any tickets and the site said " the tickets are not generated your refund will be in 24 hours to you bank account " but i didn't got any refund. Please help me out in this .Please.
