PayUMoney — Amount debited but ticket not generated of red fort , Agra.

I have booked tickets for red fort, Agra . On 5th Feb 2022 via Amazon pay wallet 3 times but all 3 times my money deducted but ticket not generated and 4th time i have booked ticket with UPI on paytm app then finally i booked the ticket ..
When will i get the refund of the above 3 times ticket which i have payed . Every time i have booked 2 ticket one of mine and my friend ..
