PayUMoney — Amount debited but transaction failed - no refund

I applied to recharge my IDEA Mobile through PAYUMONEY with Rs. 379/- although amount has been debited from my Bank but shown Transaction failed. Transaction ID[protected]-2020.

Till today, I have neither received back my money from PAYUMONEY nor recharge of my Mobile.

I request, please look into the matter and resolve.
