[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount debited from account but receipt not received | |
I paid my sons college fees using online payment provided in the college website using payumoney with my debit card on 4.08.2020. I did not get either success or failed message. It just took me to a debug page on wordpress. (I have no idea what it is) payumoney has not sent me any confirmation mail or reciept either. My bank on the other hand has sent me a transaction confirmation mail. The chat bot on the help page of payumoney has limited options and such a problem has not been listed there. As payumoney has not given any kind of indication about the sucess or failure of payment, i dont have the transaction id of payumoney. I have only bank transaction id. I request that the amount of rs. 12920.71 may kindly be refunded or receipt issued to me. (Terminal id of transaction as given in the transaction confirmation by my bank is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
