I have sent 3000 rupees from my wallet to my husband's bank account on13/11/2017. The amount debited from my wallet but not credited to my husband's account. The transaction showed successful. I contacted in the need help section, mailed to customer care but problem not solved.

Please note that your withdrawal amount of RS 3000 has been refunded under Citrus Txn Id CTX[protected] to your source account credit card ending with 1124. The amount shall credit back to your bank account within 7 to 10 bank working days(excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays).

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
