PayUMoney — Amount deducted but tickets not generated.

I booked 2 foreign tickets for Agra Fort on[protected] but the amount was deducted from my Paytm Banks UPI Ref no.[protected] but not received any ticket. received an email for the payment failure. I have not received my refund back yet.

As checked, this is a failed transaction via PayU id [protected] and we have not received any funds for the same. Please contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.
