Verified Support Dec 31, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, PayU is a payment aggregator that helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives a refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence we are unable to process a refund from our end. Please contact your bank to raise a chargeback against your transaction/s if the concerned merchant is not providing the services/refund. Regards, Team PayU

This is the worse payment gateway
They won't check the merchant details. They simply need money we are the consumers who are fools to get into the mess i lost 3500 rupees because of fraud merchant.

I raised a ticket they'll tell to wait for come of days to resolve issue later they'll say your transaction is successful from our end you've to deal with the merchant directly.
Then why the hell we req this payment gateway
Totally screwed us
Better don't use this payment gateway
