[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount deducted from account but transaction failed, still no refund | |||
Hi, I have done transaction on 21 sep 17, 05:35 pm. Transaction details given below: Merchant name - www.aquafresh.company Merchant order id - 63 Payment id:[protected] Amount - 1199 Amount paid through upi and payee is [protected]@axis. Amount deducted from my account. When i send a mail to payumoney customer care, their representative told me transaction was failed but when i contact with bank, bank representative told me transaction was successes.in statement it shows success. Bank name - dbs india Transaction screen shot attached. I have also attached screen shot of my transaction. Still waiting from refund. Neither bank nor payumoney taking responsibility. Verified Support Oct 06, 2017 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Arjun, We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] / [protected] is unsuccessful and we have not received any amount for the said TXN. We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -
• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
