PayUMoney — Amount deducted from bank account but not paid to the merchant by payumoney

Dear Sir. I made a payment for my son's school fees through www.chaloschools.in who directed the payment through PayUMoney through net banking of Indian Bank. Amount deducted from my account but payment was not done to the merchant. The transaction did not go through for more than 2 hours. The message said "We are processing your transaction"
