[Resolved]  PayUMoney — amount deducted from payumoney wallet but transaction failed [no refund]

Hi,

I have done the transaction on 03 oct 2017 04:08 pm but transaction failed & payumoney wallet debited with rs 7432.

No debit/credit card used & full payment made from payumoney wallet.

But after passing 3-4 days still no refund into payumoney wallet and now payumoney demanding bank statement which show debit amount but how can i provide bank statement when no card used & full pay. From payumoney wallet.

Worst service. No customer care no / robot reply : (

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [email protected] via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
