[Resolved]  PayUMoney — amount deducted twice, order didn't place

Hi,

I did 2 transactions of rs. 999.50 on https://www.caseitup.in on 13 jul 2019
My product was indian cricket team customized jersey
Both times my money is deducted but i haven't received any order confirmation.
After doing some research, i have found out that it is a fraudulent merchant which doesn't even have a proper customer care to contact to.
Also, really disappointed to see that payu is providing a payment gateway to such fraudulent merchants and many people are losing their money.

I would request payu team to please look into this issue seriously and please refund me my money?

Please note that these are successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] and[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.

I am jay saxena from sagar madhya pradesh today i paid fee of dr. H s gour university sagar through this portal my fee is detected from this portal my amount is deteced from my account but not reached to hs gour university portal

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [email protected] via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
