[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount deducted twice order never placed | |
I was trying to place an order from www.wforwoman.com I got a payment confirmation email from PAYU two times but the order was never placed on the merchant website. I tried contacting the merchant but they did not get back to me. And my account on the website also says no order placed. Amount of 2049 was debited twice. Please help me get a refund on this one. Also, when can I expect a refund or is there a contact number that I can reach ? Was this information helpful? | |
