[Resolved]  PayUMoney — amount get debited for a failed transaction

I had made a payment on 19 sep 2017 from payumoney, payment id[protected], but unfortunately transaction got failed, but the amount was debited from my bank account!
It's been 4 days i didn't get my amount back in my bank account.
I raised ticket on [protected]@payumoney, i mailed them so many times but they are not reverting!
Kindly help me out!
Or else tell me how can i get my refund.

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is unsuccessful and we have not received any amount for the said TXN. Please contact your bank for further help and support.
