We have a merchant account on payumoney by the name of craftribal Merchant Id- 7302500 Hi Team, Our payment is on hold from last 2 months and we are unable to raise a ticket or to get in touch with you. There is neither customer care number nor any mail to raise a complaint and even the chat bot box doesn’t work properly. It keeps repeating messages and nothing gets resolved.
