Your TXN id [protected] has been refunded via ARN 74332748117811608611651 from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards.
I had made a transaction through eazyshopee.com of INR 2675.20 to purchase books and I had been charged an extra amount of INR 240 on the same date and same time from payumoney.
This transaction was done on 24th of April 2018.
Please let me know why is this extra money charged to my credit card before I take it further.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
